anyway, I, with my tabletless and photoshopless self, have discovered a rather nifty alternative to inking and coloring your artwork - copic markers.

avoiding the fact that, of course, they're more expensive than who-knows-what, they look painfully fun to use. (plus they're eerily beautiful in the finished product.) but I'll transgress.

if I can manage to scrape 300 dollars out of people by babysitting or the like, I'll see if I can find a bargain on eBay. (I think I've seen a 72-pack go for about $300.)
